Summary
If Unclone isn't right for you, we'll refund you: ask within 14 days of purchase (or of the yearly renewal) for a full refund, no questions asked.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] with the email used to buy, or reply to the receipt from Paddle. You can also request it directly at paddle.net.
The money goes back to the original payment method. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
After the refund
The license is deactivated and Unclone goes back to free mode: it still finds and shows duplicates, but doesn't clean up. Nothing you already cleaned is affected.
Who processes it
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
